Economic Impacts Of Resort Development

For a private client, Economic Development Research Group calculated the economic impacts of a proposed expansion of a rural resort. The study examined impacts of both resort expansion construction and operation over a ten year period. Results included additional employment, personal income, business sales, as well as public tax revenues and fees that would be triggered by the proposed expansion. These results were forecast at both regional and local levels.
