For the Electric Power Research Institute and participating electric utilities covering seven states, Economic Development Research Group, Ticknor & Associates and Ascendix East teamed to co-author a guide for measuring the effectiveness and impact of community economic development projects. The guide specified input, process and output performance measures, benchmarks and methods for linking those results to economic impacts. Data collection instruments and analysis methods were also developed as part of that project.
