For the Bureau of Aeronautics in the South Carolina Dept. of Commerce, EDR Group (under subcontract to Wilbur Smith Associates) worked on a team study to assess the economic impact of airports and aviation in South Carolina. The study examined the economic role of each individual airport in the state. The role of EDR Group focused on surveying airport rates, charges and fees to develop a revenue analysis of airports. This was in addition to developing a position paper on implications of global economic change on the economic role of aviation in South Carolina.
