Glen Weisbrod, President of Economic Development Research Group, gave a presentation to the Institute of Transportationh Engineers annual conference in Pittsburgh on its opening day of August 6, 2007. The theme was "Fighting Congestion," and the presentation by Mr. Weisbrod focused on Impacts of Congestion on Regional Economies.
