Steven Landau Presents on Infrastructure Investment at Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute Annual Conference
EDR Group Vice President, Steven Landau, spoke at the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute Annual Conference, March 13-14 2014 at the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
The theme of this year's conference is "Moving Beyond Recession: What’s Next?" Landau was on a panel entitled, "Winners & Losers In The Recession Recovery: Can Leadership Get Us Out of the Infrastructure Mess? This session informed attendees about which portions of the real estate market are benefiting from increasing demand as well as those wherein demand is low and unlikely to recover. Also explored, was the role of infrastructure, and how to bring together leaders at multiple levels to encourage infrastructure production.
